ITEMS NEEDED AT APPLICATION

Below is a list of items you should have at the time you are applying for a mortgage.  Some of these items may not be necessary to process your loan file.

Employment/Income

____ Pay stubs covering the last 4 weeks
____ Last 2 years W2's
____ Bonus/Commission: Last 2 years signed Federal Tax Returns (full returns)
____ If Self Employed: Last 2 years signed Federal Tax Returns and a year to date P+L
____ If  Owner (25% or more): Last 2 years Corporate Tax Returns & year to date P+L
____ If Property Owner: Last 2 years Federal Tax Returns and copies of leases
____ If Alimony/Child Support: A Copy of Divorce Decree/Separation Agreement
____ Last 12 months canceled checks front and back for compensation to show receipt
____ Less than 2 Years employment: Work history letter, Resume and/or Diploma
____ If Relocating: Offer letter and all relocation documents regarding benefits


Assets/
Down payment

____ Checking and Savings - Last 3 monthly or 2 quarterly complete statements
____ If passbook - Copy of complete book, all pages
____ IRA/401K - Copy of last 3 monthly or 2 quarterly statements
____ Stock and Investment - Last 3 monthly or 2 quarterly statements
____  If liquidating assets, proof of the transaction
____ Gifts - Completed gift letter with all supporting documentation
____ If Selling a home - Sales contract and HUD-1 settlement statement, when available


Credit

____ If Renting - Landlord address or 12 months canceled rent checks, front and back
____ If Homeowner - 12 months canceled mortgage checks, front and back
____ All credit card account numbers
____ All installment loan account numbers and addresses
____ If Resident Alien - Copy of alien registration card(s)
____ If FHA or VA Loan - Copy of Driver License(s) and Social Security Card(s)
____ If VA Loan - Original copy of Certificate of Eligibility or DD214
